Southern Magnolias & Co. was founded by Nikki Yolanda Hawkins, a seasoned Human Resources professional, strategic leader, and creative visionary with a passion for organization, presentation, and service excellence.
Nikki holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management. She is also a Certified Public Manager (CPM) and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, bringing both strategic insight and operational precision to every client engagement.
With extensive experience in leadership, compliance, documentation, and process improvement, Nikki built Southern Magnolias & Co. to reflect what she values most: clarity, excellence, structure, and grace.
